It was clean with affable staff on the night shift.

We found everything excellent, recommend it to others. The place was fairly clean and perfect, had pleasant and very pleasant staff on the night shift. The location was good and perfect there, close to the city centre. We had early meal in Hong Tin, based nearby. Our food was good!

Consider asking for a room with updated facilities for better comfort during your stay.

Convenient proximity to public transport. The room featured essential living space that provided a basic level of comfort.

Rooms suffered from severe temperature control issues, leaving them uncomfortably hot. Cleanliness was lacking, with reports of cockroaches and mold in various areas, which definitely detracted from any comfort. The overall listenability suffered due to heavy noise levels from outside traffic.

The staff were friendly and helped with my suitcase up the stairs, like they were part of my crew. Breakfast was nice enough, I had beans on toast, can't complain about that.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still pretty acceptable.

The location is excellent, conveniently close to public transport and local eateries. Friendly staff were always willing to assist. The breakfast options, while decent, felt somewhat limited. Having regional jams was a nice touch. The room wasnice and neat, although a bit more variety in breakfast could enhance the stay.

I felt instantly at home in my cozy single room with a private bathroom. The friendly guy at reception even helped me carry my suitcase up the flights of stairs. Plus, I loved the little fridge in the room-it was perfect for keeping my oat milk nice and cool!

Recommend for a short layover

Comfortable room, modern bathroom, with everything we needed, including a lovely private bathroom equipped with complimentary tea and a mini fridge, while being just a 10-minute walk from the metro station.

Loved everything.

We spent 3 nights enjoying the cozy triple room and the awesome pool area, which was perfect for family fun. The garden had lovely spots to relax, like hammocks under the trees and a quaint seating area for winding down. Just a heads up, a full-length mirror would have been nice, but overall, it was a great stay! 😊

I had a lovely stay, especially enjoying the comfortable room with a fridge and the warm beans on toast for breakfast. The garden area was perfect for relaxing with a book and soaking up the sun. The only downside was the breakfast setup which required a short walk to another building. 😊

The staff were super friendly and eager to help. Our room was spacious, awesome for the little ones. We enjoyed the special menu options, too. Just wish the WiFi was a bit faster. It was kinda slow at times. A fab stay!
